Coach Transfers

Low cost transfers between Central London; Heathrow and
Gatwick Airports and all popular visiting Cruise Ships. With this
service we are offering seats on larger coaches at preset times
on Popular Cruise sailing dates.

Services from Central London to any of the cruise ports will
make no more than 5 hotel pickups. With Priority Pick-up we will
pick-up from your hotel or, for later bookings, we may ask you
to make your own way to the nearest pick-up point - (the hotel of
another Customer, we tell you the closest)

Pick-up times are between 10am and 11am, with a planned
arrival at Cruise ship at 1pm.

If demand is great enough we will provide a coach service for VERY EARLY travellers who
need to be at Heathrow or Gatwick by 10am.

Silver Fleet Coaches are
fully air-conditioned and
provided with
complementary daily
newspapers, bottled water,
soda's, snacks and fruit.

Our own concierge meets passengers from all flights during the morning and, just before
10am, escorts everybody to the waiting Silver Fleet Coach.

On popular cruise ship sailing dates our coach transfers depart at 10am, with a view to
reaching the ship by 1pm.

If your flight is late we will consider delaying coach departure if we know the roads are
clear. Otherwise you will forfeit your seat with no refund. We will however attempt to
arrange a taxi transfer for you and leave details at the information desk.

PRIORITY PICKUP

Coaches will make stops enroute to collect other booked
passengers travelling to the same ship.

Ships arriving early morning (7am or before) we schedule the coach to depart the dock
side at 10am to reach London, Heathrow or Gatwick by 1pm. Our aim is to have the driver
or Silver Fleet representative standing with our Company placard by the exit of the cruise
terminal. If you don't see this - then the driver has been asked to stay with his vehicle -
you will see the Silver Fleet placard by the coach.

First 5 parties making a booking on any single service will
receive PRIORITY PICK-UP - we guarantee to collect and/or
drop you off right at your hotel, so long as it is in Central
London or very near the Airport

Some ships dock at 9 - 10am, sometimes later - in which case we schedule the coach
departure time to coincide with the last passenger alighting from the ship - please ask!
