Deposit. Credit card number is required to hold a Private Transfer booking. (you can fax it to +44 1279 739339 or email it to me via 2 or more emails, or call the office answer-phone and safely leave your detail there +44 1279 730948). From your card we require, holders name, the card number, expiry date AND SECURITY NUMBER from the reverse side of the card. We do not debit the card unless you instruct us to do so or if you cancel late. (see Cancellation Policy below). Unless otherwise agreed, we assume Private Transfer Customers will pay CASH to the driver on the day of transfer. Remember - we don't debit your card unless you tell us to do so or you cancel late. Payment options. 1) CASH POUNDS or USD to the driver on the day of transfer. (Private Transfers only) 2) Google Checkout - NO FEE more advance payment 3) PayPal plus 4%. To our account at info@silver-fleet.com (you must add 4% to the ammount payable) USD exchange rates for cash transactions are as published by Thomas Cook Bureau de Change on the day of transfer (buying rate plus commission). |

Private Transfers |
Prices are for the whole vehicle, with driver and includes all tolls, parking fees taxes etc. Gratuities are at your discretion. For a little extra charge our drivers are able to provide you with a short tour of London Town, or other places of interest enroute if your itinerary provides adequate time. |
Airport and Sea Port Rendezvous - driver will meet you inside the terminal with your name on a board. |
Coach Transfers |
Prices are per person for a one way transfer unless otherwise indicated. Prices are fully inclusive of fees and taxes. Gratuities are at you discretion. FULL PAYMENT required in advance. |
Payment |
Policy for confirmed transfers assured with a credit or charge card and for those orders which have been pre-paid. Cancellation Charges; Within 12 hours of planned collection time 100% (including 'No Show') Within 24 hours of planned collection time 50% Within 48 hours of planned collection time 25% Within one week of planned collection time 10% Prior to one week - 10 Pounds Cancellations can be communicated by email, fax, SMS or telephone. By far the best way for Silver Fleet to receive a cancellation is by email info@silver-fleet.com. In placing an assured order with Silver Fleet Cars, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to this policy and agree to their card being debited with the appropriate amount. The transaction would be functioned the same, or next working day without further notice. |
