Pickups are made in the hour from 10am to reach the ship by 1pm.We pickup from ANY 'Customer Nominated' CENTRAL LONDON hotel or private address,or any hotel close to HEATHROW AIRPORT.
Those passengers booking early will be automatically asigned 'priority pickup',which means we will come to the door of YOUR hotel, wherever that may be in Central London - just tell us!
Later bookings will be offered pickup from a place already on the list. We try to limit pickup locations to just five.The pickup process can take an hour, then the transfer time to the Port is another 2 hours.
If you land Heathrow on sailing day we will only accept your booking if your flight is scheduled to land before 8am. We are unable to collect you from your arrivals terminal so you have to make your own way to one of the local hotels, Renaissance or Hilton (t4). Take the Hoppa Bus shuttle for £4 Pounds per person. Heathrow Pickups are usually the first at 10am if you are transfering to Dover or Harwich and usually the final pickup at 11am if you are transfering to Southampton

Pickups are made in the hour from 12noon the day before your cruise, to reach your port hotel by 3pm.
On this service we offer to collect you from your arrival terminal at HEATHROW. This would be a set pickup time around 12 noon (you would be given a set time about 7 days prior to flying over).
Alternatively we will collect you from any CENTRAL LONDON hotel or any hotel close to HEATHROW AIRPORT. We try to limit pickup locations to just five. The pickup process can take an hour, then the transfer time to the Port is another 2 hours.
We drop you right at your hotel ~ any hotel near the port.
IMPORTANT: When you book on-line you must provide your inbound flight number and landing time at Heathrow e.g. 'Heathrow AA123 landing at 10:15am' or, if we are collecting you from an hotel, give full name and address of the hotel.

Coach leaves the ship at 09:30am prompt and makes no more than 5 drops in London and Heathrow. Please aim to be off the ship by 9am, we leave early if everyone is off and assembled.
Journey time from any Port to London is about 2 hours Southampton to Heathrow = 1½ hoursDover to Heathrow = 2½ hoursHarwich to Heathrow = 3 hoursDover to Gatwick = 1½ hours
Those passengers booking early will be offered 'priority drop off' which means you will dropped right at the door of YOUR hotel, wherever that may be in Central London, or at the correct terminal for your Heathrow flight.
This 9:30am service is available to passengers with flight time of 3pm or later.

Leaves your ship at 7am prompt for direct transfer only to Heathrow Airport.The Early Bird service goes directly to Heathrow Airport (not Gatwick) and will drop you off right at your departure terminal 1,2,3,4 or 5.
Journey times:- Southampton to Heathrow = 2 hoursDover to Heathrow = 3 hoursHarwich to Heathrow = 3 hours(times may be less at weekend)
This service is available to those passengers with flight times of 12noon or later. You must tell us in advance your flight number or terminal number.
Remember, everybody gets priority drop off, right at your departure terminal with Early Bird !!
