I am interested in booking for a coach transfer to Harwich from Heathrow airport for 2 people. Where is Heathrow Hotel located.
Pickup is from either RENAISSANCE HOTEL, on North side of Heathrow or HILTON HOTEL on south side. You tell me your inbound flight number and I will tell you which is closest hotel for pickup. To get the the hotels is easy with a Hoppa Bus.
I only accept bookings if your flight arrives before 8am on day of sailing.
Do you pickup and drop off at Gatwick Airport?
Only on transfers to and from Dover.
Is there a "group price"?
I don't have a group price policy as such but will consider a discount - tell me how many in the group and the itineary - it's somtimes cheaper to hire the whole van then you can have it any time you want
What is the conversion rate?
It changes daily, you must ask your credit card issuer this question
How do you compare with other transportation?
I'm far too modest to answer this question.
How long will it take from pick up to arrive, (including your other pickups)?
The plan is always to pickup between 10am and 11am, then we schedule a more accurate pickup time the DAY BEFORE your transfer. Your ticket will give you an instruction to call in and get your pickup time (it will be between 10am and 11am) this is just so you dont have to hang around for an hour. We make no more than 5 pickups. If you were the first pickup you would be on the coach for about 3 hours. You cannot choose a pickup time, we do that - we pickup at teh farthest point from the ship and work towrds it.

When you pay you will be able to print out your ticket. On the ticket is our office phone number which you can call during working hours (London time) for any reassurance you might need. Cruise ship transfers is all we do during the Summer months. In seven years of trading we've never missed a pickup, or a ship, plane or train. We pride ourselves on being conscientious and timely. We ALWAYS pickup those who are booked with us. We do rely on our customers providing complete and accurate hotel names and addresses.
We need to know with certainty if services (to and from the ship) will be available on the dates requested.
Start the booking process by clicking 'Book your ticket'. If your ship is listed together with the dates of your required transfers (in the drop down boxes), then yes, the service is available.
How do we know what time we will be collected?
Your travel voucher will have a note asking you to call our travel office after 12 noon the day before your transfer to hear a recorded message detailing your pickup time. It will say ' Mr and Mrs Smith, 10:15am from Hilton Park Lane' and so on..
Can we choose our pickup time?
No, pickups are made in the hour starting 10am. The order of pickup is determined the day before your transfer when we close the book. We start pickups at the place farthest away from the ship and work towards the ship.
Does priority drop off mean we get dropped off first?
No, it means we will drop you right at the door of your own hotel or the departure terminal for your flight from Heathrow. You might be the last drop off.
What time does your coach pick us up?
Pickups are made in the hour starting 10am, your travel voucher will have a statement inviting you to call our travel office after 12 noon the preceding day to hear a recorded message detailing your scheduled pickup time within that hour.
What time will your coach reach to the ship?
We aim to be at the ship by 1pm
Do you have a sevice to the pier the day before the cruise?
Yes but only on some dates. we call it Day Early and is available for those really popular ships like Jewel of the Seas. See the page on the subject.
We will arrive into Heathrow at 6:50am on AA 108 from boston. does the bus leave from the airport?
Our coach leaves Heathrow at 10am prompt. We do not collect from the arrival terminals (it's just too time consuming). You need to catch the Hoppa bus to Renaissance Hotel and we'll pick you up there between 10am and 11am (but you must be there ready by 10am).
What is the name & address of the central London hotel pickup?
We are not associated with any hotel. You tell us where we you are staying and if priority places are still available we will collect you from your own hotel - just make sure you give us full name and ADDRESS in the booking process.
How do we know if prioity pick up is available?
Start the booking process, when you get to the pickup option, the system will notify you if priority pick up is available and you will be invited to provide name and address. If it is not available, the system will provide a list of hotel names where other passengers are staying (on that specific service). You can either book one of these hotels for your stay and enjoy priority pickup or make your way to any one of those hotels ready for a 10am collection (you must nomiate one hotel at the booking stage)
How much luggage are we allowed?
Unlimitted, just tell us during the booking process and we'll make sure the coach is large enough.
How much are tickets? and must we pay in advance?
Tickets are £54 Pounds each, one way or £105 Pounds each for a round trip. You must purchase in advance though this website. Tickets are NOT available on the day or at the ship. Remember, book early to secure priority status.
