I never got to thank, Tony, properly, but on May 22, his service picked my husband and I up at our hotel, Park Plaza Riverbank London
18 Albert Embankment, promptly, and took us to Dover to meet the Eurodam. On June 2nd as we got off the ship, there was Tony waiting for us and coordinating all the details with us and his other customers. His service then took us to our airport hotel. Thank you, Tony. I would not hesitate using your service again.
PS I must have emailed, Tony, 101 questions, before booking. He always responded quickly.

Silver Fleet service was wonderful - we had two drivers and they were both just great. Always on time, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. As a matter of fact when we were picked up after the cruise and taken to the hotel by the airport Ron accidentally left his CPAP machine in the van - but he called the driver's cell phone number that you provided us and he came back in less than 10 minutes with the machine - we were very, very happy.

Hi Tony Excellent service when you took me to London/Dover/ Heathrow for Eurdodam voyage in May this year. Thankyou. Now I am booking next years trip and very much aware of the Olympics and how that will affect everything. Which is why I am plannng this early. (Answer - the Olympics will cause severe congestion in London, we are considering what service, if any we will be offering)

Your driver collected us right on time at our hotel to take us to our ship at Southampton. Upon our return your driver, as well as yourself, were there to greet us and to get us to Heathrow in time to catch our early flights. We arrived at Heathrow at approximately 9am well ahead of the other passengers from the ship. Please feel free to use us as a reference and once again thanks for coordinating the transportation.

Excellent way to arrange dependable transportation in a foreign country. (hired 25 seat couch for large private party, round trip)

The service was great. The cars were exactly on time both at the beginning of the trip and when we returned from the cruise. The vans were in excellent condition and the drivers were excellent.

Silver Fleet Transfers Limited provided excellent service. We were picked up at our hotel exactly on time (we walked out of the hotel door as the van pulled up). The van was comfortable and we were easily on time for our cruise

Wanted to thank you and your drivers for great service. When booking online from only a web site, there is always a fear that you may not get what was advertised. This was not the case with Sliver Fleet Transfers. Drivers were on time and well dressed. The vans were clean inside and out. Drivers obeyed the traffic laws and we did not feel at risk during transport. All-in-all a very good experience. We will recommend you to our friends and share your service with our travel agent.

Silver Fleet was an excellent way to get from London to Southampton and back. Their cars were clean, the drivers were courteous and prompt, and, their prices were excellent.

We were transported in a van that had a luggage trailer pulled behind. The driver arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled pick up time. He was cordial and amiable. We picked up another couple a short distance away at another hotel and then we were on our way to the ship. Conversation was informative. Driver helped with bags, pointed out historic sites on the way, cracked some very funny jokes, and represented the company in an outstanding way. The vehicle was clean, had some snacks for munching along the way as well as bottled water.

Tony, We want to thank you so much for your help and personal service in getting us to Dover and back to Southampton to catch the QM2. All along in this process you have made me feel as if we were good friends and for that I am grateful.. Tony, Just wanted to thank you for the fine service that you provided for my wife and I and our Aussie friends. My wife was not well when you dropped us off at Heathrow-but we were able to make our flights and got home and are getting her medical help. She is still in the hospital and will be for sometime. We appreciate the professional service that your company provided us.

My husband and I will travel from Heathrow to Harwich cruise terminal on Sept 1st. We will be arriving on United Airlines from Los Angeles on Aug 31. Can you tell me which hotel will be the closest to that terminal that you provide a pickup from?

Excellent service offered by Silver Fleet Transfers with prompt meet and greet at designated time and place. Driver, who incidentally was the owner of the company, was funny and provided light entertainment during the 2-hour plus journey from Dover to London.

Trip was booked via Internet. Everything went exactly as planned/advertised. Our driver was Tony himself, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and provided us with an excellent drive from Dover cruise terminal to our hotel in London. Several other passengers, who had not booked ahead, wanted to travel with Silver Fleet, and Tony did his best to accommodate them in his other vehicles. All in all an excellent service, which I would highly recommend, and would definitely use again.

When I booked Silverfleet to pick us up at our hotel and take us to our Port in Dover I was very worried that they would not show up.
I was a little skeptical because it seemed like they were the only service I could find that picked up at the hotel and delivered to the designated ship. Thinking this was too good to be true and the price was reasonable.
Viola! Right on the dot they showed up with a clean, newer van and after picking up two more couples we headed off to Dover.
Our driver (the owner of Silverfleet) sorry, I can't remember his name, was a delight. Good driver, informative, personable.
