TO THE WAY WE ARE OPERATING

Dear Customer, we invest heavily in our business all the time. In advertising, new vehicles, website upgrades, insurance and more. Most of this investment happens in the winter months at the start of the new year in readiness for the new cruise season. But our business has essentially stopped due to the cancellation of cruise ship and flight schedules.
If you have an existing booking with us, we are ready to move it to another date later this year or 2021, or to a credit note. Credit notes will last 36 months, and you may transfer them to family or friends.
If you can’t help us with a deferment please be patient, refunds may take a little time. We are promised some government funding to help us through this period, but we’ve not yet been notified when it will arrive.
To register for your refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the payment reference number if you have one (SF22123 format). Or the name on the ticket and date of travel. We will acknowledge receipt but may not immediately be able to give you a refund date. We will follow up as soon as the funds are available. We’re expecting any delay to be days or weeks, not months. Please don’t call as we need everything documented and orderly.
When this COVID-19 pandemic is finally over, Silver Fleet will be ready to resume cruise ship transfers immediately for all the popular ships arriving into Southampton and Dover. And we are looking forward to welcoming you aboard.
